Guidelines

Not being one who likes a bunch of rules, I'd just like to put a few recommendations out there.

Please label your posts with your name. Any other labels are at your discretion.

Please sign each post with your name and provide a link to your blog, if you have one, or your profile if you don't have a blog.

I'm really bad at setting and meeting goals, so I don't want to put any on myself, but if you have them, feel free to share! I'll be happy to encourage you!

Please post a starting list/lists of your POSSIBIL(I)TIES as soon as you're able. You're welcome to include links and/or photos, but they're not required.

I plan to go back to my original post and add new stitched pieces to my lists as they come up, highlight things I'm actively finishing, strike through my finishes, then put in a separate post showing what I've accomplished. If this works for you, too, do the same. If you have another idea, I'm open.

Please share your accomplishments! I think we all love to see what other stitchers are doing, and the enablement that goes along with that. Why else would we be blogging and reading blogs? :o)

Any stitching project you want to finish-finish is fine to be included in your POSSIB(I)LITIES, be it cross-stitch, needlepoint, embroidery, quilt, dress, doll, penny rug, knitted, crocheted, etc.

Encourage each other! Let's be each other's cheerleaders. Sometimes a little push, praise, or helpful suggestion can make a huge difference in how we feel about our own abilities or choices.

No pressure! Finish what you want, when you want. We'll be here.

Feel free to contact me with any suggestions or constructive criticism. If you know of any sites that should be added to the Helpful Links, please let me know. If there's a gadget you'd like to see here, please let me know. If you know of someone who would like to be invited to post, please let me know. And, by all means, if I've done anything to offend you or done something wrong (like link to a different blog than you'd want in the members list, posted a dead link, misspelled or misidentified someone or something, etc.), please, please, please let me know! If there's anything else I'm missing, please let me know. The hope is for this to be a place where we all feel at home.

If you like it here, please spread the word.

Have fun!

Diane
